Kelly Luo - Vice President of Community Engagement Kelly is a third-year Business Administration major concentrating in Finance and minoring in East Asian Studies taking on the Community Engagement Associate position in NURE. She is from San Jose, CA, and is interested in real estate because she recognizes its ability to offer steady returns in the long-run and its many possibilities to learn about. She hopes that she may help educate people about the many possibilities that real estate has to offer. In her free time, Kelly enjoys reading, shopping, and cooking. |
Aditya Reddy - Vice President of Development
Aditya Reddy is a second-year Business Administration and Political Science major from Piscataway, NJ, who works as the current Vice President of Development. He is a licensed real estate agent in both NJ and MA. He is interested in real estate because of the various avenues that can be taken in the field. There truly is something for everyone that will help grow people’s wealth and network. He hopes to be able to help all members grow their network and foster a sense of community within the club. In his free time, Aditya likes to explore new places, play tennis, and spend time with his friends. |
Alexis Raitt - Vice President of Marketing
Alexis Raitt is a fourth-year Business and Communications major with a minor in Brand Management and serves as the current Vice President of Marketing. Coming from Brookline, MA, Alexis wants to become involved in real estate to help empower women in the real estate industry and to help people find their dream homes. In her free time Alexis enjoys going on walks, reading, and cooking. |
Spencer Dean Cheung - Vice President of Operations
Spencer Cheung is a second-year International Business Major concentrating in Accounting and Finance who serves as the VP of Operations. Originally from Los Angeles, Spencer is interested in real estate because of its value as a source of passive income. In his position, Spencer wants to help NURE run smoother as a whole by budgeting frugally and organizing the NURE Google Drive. In his free time, Spencer enjoys playing tennis, chess, poker, performing card magic, and watching movies. |
Mi'Angela Plater - Vice President of Programming
Mi'Angela is a fourth-year Architectural Studies major from Maryland taking on the Vice President of Programming position in NURE. Mi'Angela is interested in real estate because its develop and construction end is an intersection between her love for architecture and business. She hopes to diversify the team's demographics and also bring more elements of development and property management. Mi'Angela has interned with the investments, development/construction, and property management team at Columbia Property Trust. Her hobbies include going to the gym, socializing with friends, and eating Mexican food. |

Tara Sawhney - Programing Associate
Tara is a fifth-year Data Science and Marketing combined major, and is currently serving as a Programming Associate for NURE. Originally from Orlando, FL, Tara is interested in real estate as it is an industry that is both versatile and impactful - and she is eager to utilize her skills in both Marketing and Data Analysis in the real estate industry. Aside from NURE and academics, Tara is involved in Tri Sigma sorority, Alpha Phi Omega fraternity, and NUMA. Tara enjoys constantly eating and finding new restaurants, stying archive fashion, expanding her sneaker collection, videography, baking, and working out. Chase Hecht - Operations Associate
Chase is a second-year International Business Major who currently serves as an Operations Associate. He is interested in the taxation of large real estate firms, and how real estate deals can be structured in order to qualify for the most deductions and the least amount of taxable income. Chase's real estate experience consists of managing small apartment buildings in Astoria, Queens. He looks forward to getting to know everyone throughout the semester. |

Simran is a third-year Business Administration and Communications Studies major who serves as a Community Engagement Associate for NURE. She is from Hong Kong, a place known for its high housing prices and other issues, which fueled her interest in real estate. Simran is also interested in the sales and networking practices of the real estate industry. She is excited to improve communication between the club and stakeholders, as well as manage the club's online presence. In her free time, Simran enjoys dancing, playing basketball, and traveling. |

Joseph Sala - Development Associate
Joseph is a second-year BSBA Finance & Management major from Poughkeepsie, NY who serves as a Development Associate in NURE. Joseph is a licensed real estate agent in New York with Coldwell Banker Realty and also co-owns and operates an Italian food service business. Joseph is excited about the multi-dimensional aspect of real estate. As a NURE associate, he wishes to foster a community of people who are passionate about real estate and can connect with alumni and corporate partners in the club. In his free time, he enjoys trying new restaurants, catching up on business news, and investing. Taku Ishihara - Community Engagement Associate
Taku is a second-year Biology major from Cupertino, CA. He is interested in Real Estate as it is a prevalent part of every individual, making it an important and meaningful subject. His goal as a community engagement associate is to show how multi-disciplinary real estate is, and to ignite interest in those that might initially think that real estate has no relation to their field of study. James Mills - Programming Associate
James is a third-year International Business Major concentrating in Finance, from San Diego, California. He has a long-term vision that is focused on taking steps towards doing large real estate developments. James is licensed as a real estate salesperson in the state of Massachusetts and soon Florida, and is also a big fan of blockchain. As a programming associate for NURE., James hopes to foster a strong community within the club and create enriching experiences for Northeastern students to thrive in the real estate industry. In his free time, he likes to run, go to the dining hall with friends, and read. Jacob Peistrup - Marketing Associate
Jacob is a fourth-year BSBA senior studying Finance. He is originally from St. Louis, Missouri and holds real estate licenses in Missouri, Massachusetts, and Illinois. Jacob originally started in residential sales and now runs a full-time content marketing team to generate in-bound sales leads for partner agents in St. Louis and Boston. He loves marketing, hiring, editing content, and running his businesses as creatively as possible. Here in Boston, Jacob lives in the North End and aside from real estate loves the gym, food, coffee, and seeing new parts of Boston. |
Antonio Bravo - Special Interest Senator
Antonio is a fourth-year Business and Economics major concentrating in Supply Chain and minoring in Philosophy, originally from Falls Church, Virginia. Currently, he is working for NURE as the Special Interest Senator. Antonio is interested in real estate as the passive income is a great long term investment. He hopes to expand NURE's partners list and secure more funding for the club. He has previously worked as a Business Development Representative at Remi. In his free time, Antonio likes to read, skate, and exercise. |
